Returns information
Return period: You have 15 days after receipt to return your items.
Conditions: Items must be new, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging (including tags). Any used, damaged, or incomplete item will not be eligible for a refund.
Return costs: Returns are partially covered: a €3 contribution will be deducted from your refund.
Procedure: To make a return, please contact our customer service department to receive your return label.
Exchanges: Exchanges are not offered. For a different size or item, simply place a new order.
Refund: The refund will be issued via your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days after receipt and validation of the return.
Defective items: For any defective items, please contact our customer service.
