Order
What does my order contain upon receipt?
Your order is prepared with the utmost care. Upon opening, you will discover a personalized and biodegradable tissue paper that delicately protects your items, accompanied by a recycled paper sticker.
The entire package is contained in certified cardboard packaging, designed to ensure the safety of your items while limiting environmental impact.
Each element is carefully selected, prioritizing sustainable and responsible materials.
Has my order been shipped?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with the package tracking number so you can track its delivery.
How can I track my order?
You can track your order as soon as it ships using the tracking number sent by email.
This tracking link allows you to follow the progress of your package in real-time.
What happens if I'm not home when the carrier arrives?
If you are away when the carrier attempts delivery, and the delivery is made by GLS, you can reschedule delivery or choose a second delivery location, depending on the options offered in the parcel tracking.
GLS may also offer delivery to a relay point.
Can I change the shipping address after my order has been sent?
Yes, it is possible to change the delivery address after order confirmation, but only if the shipment is handled by the carrier GLS.
Once the package has been taken over, the carrier may offer to change the address or deliver to a relay point via package tracking.
I haven't received my order, what should I do?

Delivery
Are there any shipping or customs fees?
Shipping costs are free for all orders over 300€.

For deliveries within Europe, no customs fees apply. For countries outside Europe, such as Armenia, fees may apply depending on local regulations.
What are the delivery times?
Your orders will be delivered within 1 to 3 working days in France, and within a maximum of 6 days for international orders, from the date of the shipping email.
Is delivery free?
Free delivery is offered for orders over €300.

What shipping services do you offer?
We ship our orders via GLS (Standard) and UPS (Express) in France and internationally via UPS.
Return
What is your return policy?
You have 15 days to return your items. Items must be new, unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging.
Returns are partially covered: a €3 fee will be deducted from your refund.
How do I return my parcel?

What are the return fees for an online purchase?

Can I make an exchange?
We do not offer exchanges.
However, you can return your order for a refund, and then place a new order.
Gift Card
How can I use my gift card?
You can use your gift card directly at checkout by entering the code received by email in the promo code bar.
The gift card amount will be automatically deducted from your order total.
How long is my gift card valid for?
The gift card is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
After this period, it can no longer be used.
Payment
My payment wasn't accepted: what happened?
If you used a credit card, carefully check the data entered: the number, the selected card type, and the expiration date.

Can I pay in installments with no extra charges?
Yes, it is possible to pay in interest-free installments using Klarna.

Advice and Care
What size should I choose?
If you have any doubt about choosing the size, our team has created a guide to help you. You can consult it on each product page by clicking on "Size Chart".
We recommend that you take your measurements, chest circumference, waist circumference and hip circumference, arm and leg length, and then compare them to our guide to select the most suitable size.
The sizes indicated on our website correspond to European sizes and not international sizes.
Where can I find specific care instructions for my product?
If you are unsure how to care for your item, please refer to the label on the product.
Each piece has specific recommendations tailored to its material and construction.
How to care for our silk products?
Silk products require delicate care to preserve the quality of the material.
Dry clean only is recommended (P code). Before cleaning, it is advisable to remove detachable accessories and protect the edges.
Ironing should be done at a low temperature, with a protective cloth and light steam. To avoid damaging the silk fiber, do not rub stains or use stain remover.
Machine washing, machine drying, and bleaching are also not recommended.
How do I care for our cotton products?
Products made from 100% cotton require suitable care to preserve their quality and appearance over time.
Machine washing is recommended at 40°C, preferably inside out. Bleaching is not recommended. Tumble drying is possible on a moderate program.
Ironing should be done at a medium temperature (150°C maximum), ideally inside out. Dry cleaning is also permitted on a normal cycle.
How to care for our jersey cotton products?
100% cotton products require delicate care to preserve the quality of the material and the garment's fit over time.
Machine washing is recommended at 30°C, ideally inside out. Bleaching, tumble drying, and dry cleaning are not recommended.
Ironing should be done at a low temperature, preferably inside out.
How to care for our virgin wool products?
Products made from 100% virgin wool require delicate care to preserve the quality of the material and the longevity of the garment.
Machine washing, bleaching, and tumble drying are not recommended. Ironing should be done at a low temperature (maximum 110 °C), preferably on the reverse side.
Dry cleaning is permitted on a normal cycle and remains the recommended care method for this type of material.
How to care for our alpaca wool products?
Products made of 53% alpaca wool, 33% polyamide, and 14% wool require delicate care to preserve the softness and quality of the material.
Gentle hand washing is recommended with a neutral soap, at a maximum temperature of 40 °C (cold or slightly warm water). Machine washing, bleaching, and tumble drying are not recommended.
Dry cleaning is also permitted for this type of product.
