Has my order been shipped?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with the package tracking number so you can track its delivery.

What are the delivery times?
The delivery time for pre-ordered items is indicated on their product pages.
Your orders will be delivered within 1 to 6 business days from the shipping email.
Is delivery free?
Free delivery is offered for orders over €300.

What is your return policy?
You have 15 days to return your items. Items must be new, unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging.
Returns are partially covered: a €3 fee will be deducted from your refund.

Can I make an exchange?
We do not offer exchanges.
However, you can return your order for a refund, and then place a new order.
