Please note: Once your order has been placed, we cannot make any changes to the order details or the delivery address. We recommend that you carefully review your order before finalizing your purchase to ensure that all information is correct.

Please note: During periods of high activity, delivery may be delayed due to the large number of packages being shipped.
Returns information
Return period: You have 15 days after receipt to return your items.
Conditions: Items must be new, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging (including tags). Any used, damaged, or incomplete item will not be eligible for a refund.
Return costs: Returns are partially covered: a €3 contribution will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges: We do not currently accept exchanges.
Refund: The refund will be issued via your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days after receipt and validation of the return.
